A Mindful Yoga and Sewing session depicting the journey of ‘Finding Freedom‘ through Crafting and Community Yoga. A yoga and meditation practice will start the session on the theme of Freedom, we will then join together and hand stitch/embroider/decorate a fabric square each. Each square will then be sewn together to merge this into a community mural depicting an image of freedom and peace – the outline of a dove. The final piece will then be displayed at the Hamra Centre showcasing the true meaning of Freedom and peace for all – to live in a space without fear
