The Status Resolution Support Services (SRSS) program provides support to approved clients who are:
- transitioning into the community from immigration detention,
- living in the community under Residence Determination, or
- living in the community on a bridging visa.
The AMRC works with the Department of Home Affairs to identify and deliver the required support and services that clients need while they await the resolution of their immigration status.
SRSS support may include temporary income, accommodation, access to health care, access to education for school aged children, and case worker support.
If you are an asylum seeker living in the community, you can apply for SRSS by contacting AMRC at firstname.lastname@example.org
