Around 150 people came out to support the Murray Bridge Chinese community at the Murraylands MRC. The day featured an array of cultural performances, speeches and fantastic food. The roast lamb, cooked Xinjian style, was a massive hit! Thank you to all those who attended, President of the Murraylands Chinese Association Mr Borong Xu, Deputy Mayor Wayne Thorley, Chair of the Murraylands Multicultural Network Mr John Scarvelis and AMRC Senior Manager Michelle Dieu for their speeches and the Chinese Embassy Deputy Consul-General for sponsoring presents for the children.
