Supporting families in quarantine and reconnecting after quarantine

The AMRC and its many community volunteers have been supporting families in quarantine through telephone conversation support, hygiene and food parcels provided by the communities and other donors. 18 families have been assisted as they come out of quarantine and reconnect with services and the community. Amongst them were four families with twenty-five children. And one large humanitarian family was transported to Naracoorte to reconnect with their father after eight years of waiting for the family to be unified.

Thank you to community leaders, volunteers and donors for your continuous efforts. And thank you to the state government and Professor Spurrier for a very difficult job well done!
