What We Provide
We provide tailored aged care services to help you live independently at home and stay connected to your community.
We offer two key programs:
- Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)
- Home Care Packages (HCP)
Who We Support
- Seniors aged 65 and over who need additional support.
- Individuals under 65 with a disability, dementia, or special care needs not met by other programs.
How We Can Help
Domestic Assistance
We support you in keeping your home clean and comfortable as required, including:
- Light housework, laundry, ironing, and dishwashing
- Fortnightly shopping trips
- Meal preparation, nutrition, and cooking assistance
- Gardening, weeding, and lawn mowing services
Personal Care
Our personal care services Include assistance as required with:
- Showering, dressing, and grooming
- Continence and mobility support
Social Support & Community Connection
Staying socially active is essential for well-being. We provide:
- Transport to community events and social activities
- Home visits and companionship for reading, walking, or other activities
Rehabilitation and Therapy
We help improve your mobility and health through:
- Access to care equipment (e.g., walking frames)
- Minor home modifications based on your needs
- Connection to clinical care services, including nursing, podiatry, speech pathology, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and other services as needed.
