Settlement Engagement and Transition Support (SETS)

The AMRC provides Settlement Engagement and Transition Support (SETS) to assist individuals and their families, who are permanent residents and have arrived in Australia in the last five years.

SETS Client Services deliver settlement-related information, case management, advice, advocacy, and assistance to access mainstream and other relevant services. Services are delivered in accordance with a needs-based approach and align with the 9 priority areas identified in the National Settlement Framework.

SETS Community Capacity Building helps new and emerging community groups, organisations and their specific communities to collectively increase their social, economic and civic participation.

SETS Domestic and Family Violence supports women’s safety and empowerment.
